Our football team played a cup match against William Shrewsbury B on Thursday evening.  A fantastic team performance saw them win 4-1, meaning they will progress to the next round of the competition later in the year.  It was our first 7-a-side match of the year and the team all played their part, from confident goal keeping and distribution to solid, determined defense and some great individual skill and passing up front.  It was a performance to be proud of, particularly as the opposition commented on our good sportsmanship and team play.  Thanks, as always, to all families and staff who supported – looking forward to the next round!
